Safety technical measures for replacing and transferring the tail sprocket assembly

v. oxidation preparation will occur for a long time before construction:

1. Receive materials and accessories in advance, and load and enter the well of the transportation sprocket before construction

2 in particular, it can be used in good combination with wax and matting agent, equipped with construction finished intermediate parts, installation tools, lifting tools and 40t chains, and checked for integrity

3. Check the integrity of the control system of the transfer machine in advance, and deal with it immediately if it is not intact

4. When cutting the last knife of coal on the night shift, it is strictly forbidden to pull and transfer the tail of the machine, so as to leave working space, and clean up the floating coal near the tail of the machine

5. Hang the cable pipeline at the tail of the machine to avoid affecting the replacement

VI. replacement process:

1. Before shutdown, empty the coal on the conveyor and the transfer machine, turn the transfer machine into a butt link near the tail sprocket, cut off and lock the transfer machine and scraper, and close the stop valves of supports 1 to 5

2. Turn the power isolating switch handle of the transfer machine and scraper machine to the off position and lock it, and hang the warning sign of "no power transmission when someone is working"

3. Operate the control valve of the tension cylinder of the transfer machine, take out the locating pins on both sides of the tension part of the transfer machine, and retract the piston rod, which marks that China has begun to enter the field of dandelion rubber research, making the chain of the transfer machine loose

4. Remove the upper cover, left and right shields and tongue plates of the tail in advance, and then take out the expansion pin of the link with a hammer and punch, and disassemble the link

5. Hang a chain block on the anchor cable of the upper roof directly opposite to the tail sprocket of the transfer machine, hang the coal shield with the hook, remove the fixing bolts of the coal shield, and hang it in a suitable position that will not affect the replacement

6. Operate the hydraulic control valve of the transfer machine to separate the chain from the tail sprocket

7. Bind the chain wheel with the chain, and pull the small chain of the chain block to make the chain in a critical stress state. Unscrew the fixing bolts of the sprocket pressure block with an Allen wrench and remove the sprocket pressure block

8. The small chain of the chain block and the crowbar cooperate to separate the sprocket from the mounting frame, remove the sprocket oil pipe, and place the sprocket in a suitable place

9. Install all components according to the reverse steps of disassembly

10. Tension the transfer chain and fix the locating pins on both sides. Fill the sprocket with oil

11. Count the tools and clean the site

12. Power on the three machines, contact the console electrician to turn on the transfer machine for trial operation, and observe whether the sprocket leaks oil

VII. Safety technical measures:

(I) safety technical measures for sprocket transportation:

1. The relevant provisions of mine auxiliary transportation must be strictly observed when transporting sprocket, and mixed loading of people and goods is strictly prohibited

2. The transportation must be commanded by a specially assigned person, and the sprocket loading must be fixed, and the transportation can only be carried out after being checked and confirmed by the person in charge

4. The driver must be a full-time driver, and the driving speed of the vehicle must not exceed 20km/h. when turning or passing through the roadway with pipelines, cables and equipment, the vehicle should slow down

5. When manually handling parts, materials and tools, attention must be paid to the safety of others and yourself, and rough loading and unloading are not allowed; In particular, when two or more people are collectively carrying, they must be under unified command, unified password, cooperate with each other, and gently lift and handle to prevent injury

(II) safety technical measures for lifting and installation:

1. The lifting appliance must meet the safety requirements of mechanical strength and stability when the lifting equipment is under maximum stress

2. Before lifting, all lifting equipment and auxiliary facilities must be checked and can be used only after they are confirmed to be safe

3. The lifting operator should be an experienced person

4. If the sprocket is not installed immediately after lifting, the sprocket must be supported. It needs to be taken out of the brace through surgery to prevent the sprocket from hurting people due to accidents of lifting appliances and accessories

5. It is forbidden to enter any part of the body of all personnel under the lifting and supporting heavy objects. During the lifting and supporting operations, the staff must coordinate with each other and stand in a safe and reliable place to command and operate

6. Before lifting, the operator must clear the escape route, and the operation shall not be stopped halfway during the lifting process. When leaving the site or stopping the operation for a long time, the lifting objects must be padded firmly and a special person must be assigned to take care of them

7. After the lifting column is in place, it must be placed stably, otherwise it is not allowed to remove the slings and riggings

8. When multiple lifting chains are hoisted at the same time, the operators must unify the signal and coordinate

(III) safety technical measures for transporting columns with conveyor

1. Before transporting columns with scraper conveyor, the equipment shall be comprehensively inspected to ensure the normal operation of the equipment

2. Before operation in the transportation equipment, the roof and coal wall of the operation site shall be comprehensively inspected to ensure safety before continuing the operation

3. When lifting inside the transportation equipment, the power supply of the scraper conveyor must be stopped, the power-off sign must be hung, and the locking button must be pressed

4. The hanging chain shall be hung on the top beam of the support, and the process hole and connection shall be solid and reliable. The chain puller shall stand in the direction of the machine head. No one is allowed to stand within 10m below the column

5. When transporting the column, a special person should be assigned to watch before transporting the locking button of the nearest conveyor. Once the attendant sends a signal, press the locking button immediately

6. In the process of transportation, the scraper should run at a low speed, and a special person should be assigned to monitor 2m away from the column behind. In case of any abnormality, a signal should be sent immediately to lock the conveyor

7. In the process of transportation, the personnel shall cooperate closely and start and stop the scraper in time after confirming the signal

(IV) other safety technical measures:

1. All operators must strictly abide by the coal mine safety regulations, the operating procedures of various types of work, the safety technical measures and various management systems related to the mine

2. All construction personnel must concentrate and obey the unified arrangement and command of the on-site commander

3. Before construction, the team leader shall check the roof and coal wall of the operation area, and handle it in time with the tools for knocking the side and asking the top. The operation can be carried out only after it is confirmed to be safe

4. No one is allowed to operate or repair the locked support

5. When using a jack, the supporting part should be padded with wood to prevent slipping

6. When using long handled tools and instruments, environmental safety and surrounding personnel must be considered to prevent injury to others or yourself

7. Before the test run, the power must be checked and confirmed to be safe, and then the power can be transmitted for startup and test run

8. The power cut-off and transmission system must be strictly implemented
