After research and decision by the mine leaders, the third team will remove the I-beam during the overhaul and replace it with a butted 20 # I-beam
in order to ensure the construction safety and project quality, after the research of the team leaders, the following safety technical measures are specially formulated:

II. Construction specifications and requirements:
1. Before construction, the third mechanical and electrical team will fill the coal to about 1m below the upper iron plate of the coal bunker, and the third team will clean up the sundries on the upper iron plate of the coal bunker before construction
2. Insert one end of the original commodity to be bent into the fixed and standing gap of the wheel disc. After the iron plate is paved at the coal bunker mouth and the track of 20 # I-steel and iron bearing plate that need to be replaced are taken out, the new I-steel beam nest (two vertical walls 300mm West of the original position) is picked 500mm deep with an air pick, and the width and height are not less than 400mm, and the beam nest is cleaned and washed with water
3. Put the new I-steel into the beam socket, and after the I-steel is butted firmly by the standby repair personnel, align and level the two ends, and support it with an iron wedge. As mentioned earlier, the stability of this type of machine is related to the sample. Firmly support it, paste the beam socket tightly with C20 concrete, and tamp it with a drill
4. The distance between the rails on the original I-beam shall not be greater than 1.5m, and the two ends shall be firmly supported. After being firmly fixed by the machine repair factory, the third team shall pave the iron plate to the west of the coal bunker mouth again, which is flat, dense, firm and stable
III. safety measures:
1. Open three teams and arrange one attendant per shift to be fully responsible for the safety and project quality on duty
2. The construction is arranged at the belt maintenance time of the third mechanical and electrical team. The third mechanical and electrical team will cut off and lock the belt, arrange full-time nursing, and hang a sign that someone is working and power transmission is prohibited
3. Before construction, check whether there are sundries and other disturbing factors on the top and side of the construction point, and deal with problems in time if found
4. As the slope of the belt concealed inclined shaft is -12.5, the personnel must look ahead and backward when walking and transporting materials. The team leader of the personnel construction transfer materials and tools must arrange capable personnel to take the post. There must be no one at 10m below, and they must firmly grasp the connection, respond to each other and take good care of each other. The team leader must arrange a full-time supervisor to monitor the safety work in the process of lifting, transferring materials and construction
5. Pay attention to environmental safety during construction. Construction and walking in inclined lanes must be forward-looking. Rubber shoes have good anti-skid lines, tighten the cuffs of trouser legs, and wear complete and effective labor protection articles. Wear miner's lamp lines well when wearing miner's lamp. The normal service time of miner's lamp is not less than 11h
6. At any time, it is strictly forbidden to drill the belt and climb over the belt. The water level in the water tank is automatically controlled by a water level controller, and you must walk across the bridge
7. Before the construction of each shift of the third team, check in time, prepare equipment, facilities, materials, labor protection supplies, water source cleaning equipment and facilities protection supplies, and firmly support and cover the air compressor required for the construction with the track wood and track in a cross shape, and arrange special personnel to take care of it to ensure safety and stability. Air picks, drill rods, pipelines, etc. should be well maintained after the shift and checked and commissioned before the shift. Hammers and shovels should be carefully checked before the construction of each shift to prevent people from being injured by falling off the handle
8. The hose of pneumatic tools must be firmly connected with the metal pipe of air supply. Before work, the pipe should be ventilated and flushed first, and the exhaust port should not face people during flushing
9. The air supply and transmission pipeline of the air compressor shall not become acute angles, and shall not be twisted and deformed; The delivered hose shall be screwed firmly with double threads. When the hose is connected to the high altitude, it must be firmly fixed with the platform with 8 # wires every M
10. When replacing tool accessories or tools in use, the compressed air must be cut off in advance and the remaining air in the pipe must be exhausted before replacement
11. Pneumatic conveying hose shall not be used to clean dust and debris on personnel
12. Remove the beam socket to meet the size requirements, and ensure that the installation position and support length of I-beam meet the requirements
13. The personnel of the third team must operate in accordance with the requirements of the site safety instructions of the third electromechanical team. At the end of the construction, the sundries at the upper entrance of the coal bunker shall be cleaned up, and after the personnel, tools and facilities are safely evacuated, the work can be terminated only after the site leader of the third team and the third electromechanical team jointly confirm the completion of the project
14. This measure is sent to relevant units for implementation
